About StrategixAI

A partner in the room. A team behind the work.

Veteran-led in New Bern, North Carolina. We work beside service-business teams to understand the operation and build practical systems.

The people doing the work

A compact team with clear roles.

Mykel Stanley

Founder and CEO

Mykel founded StrategixAI to help owner-led service businesses turn tribal knowledge, unclear handoffs, and field-service chaos into operating systems teams can follow.

Adam Marquis

COO / Delivery Operations Lead

Adam co-leads discovery and planning while building the systems, project rhythms, and delivery structure that keep client work organized, on time, and in scope.

Hunter Draut

Delivery and Technology Lead

Hunter leads technical delivery and turns each business map into systems teams can rely on daily.

Start where the work happens

We learn the operating reality before recommending systems, automation, or AI.

Make the next handoff clear

Our work is designed around the people, information, and decisions that need to move together.

Build for everyday use

A useful system is one a team can understand, maintain, and use under normal operating pressure.
